Constant communication with the Owner
The owner will receive an email and/or Whatsapp in real time at the time of any transaction.
Deposits and Withdrawals (the owner is requested to open an account and provide us with a card to control expenses)
Cleaning and maintenance requests (Extra Cost)
Guest access control, key is provided and updated at each stay Quotes and Estimates for Maintenance repairs
Fumigations
Paid Services (this is not included in the monthly fee):
